Palio sells digital products directly, with payments securely processed by Stripe. This policy explains when refunds are available.
You may request a refund of the Lifetime Pass within 7 days of purchase, provided the daily AI chat allowance has not been substantially used. Contact us with the email used for the order.
Unused Credit Packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, and a pack that has been substantially used does not qualify.
Promotional or gifted redemption codes have no cash value and are non-refundable once redeemed.
Email bemato.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order email and the reason for your request. Once approved, we process the refund back to your original payment method via Stripe.
